Here's how to earn each badge:
🔭 Forward Thinker
Plan a task ahead of time.
Open a task that you need to work on later and choose a Next Work Session before you actually start working on it. This turns a deadline into a plan by deciding ahead of time when you intend to work.
You only need to do this once to earn the badge.

⏱️ Deadline Dodger
Finish a task before its deadline.
Complete one of your tasks before its due date and mark it as Done in Studyo.
Finishing early doesn’t necessarily mean doing everything as soon as possible. Good planning can help you choose the right time to work and still finish comfortably before the deadline.

🎯 Goal Getter
Create your first SMART goal.
Create a goal that follows the SMART approach: make it Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
A useful goal should be clear enough that you know what you’re trying to accomplish and can tell when you’ve achieved it.

🏗️ Architect
Break a task into smaller steps.
Choose a larger task or project and add at least one step to it.
Steps make large assignments easier to manage by helping you focus on what needs to happen next instead of treating the entire project as one piece of work.

🔎 Reflector
Look back at what you’ve accomplished.
Open your Done list to see tasks you’ve already completed. Reviewing completed work can help you recognize your progress and reflect on what you’ve accomplished.
Go back to one of your previously completed tasks and add a note to it to earn the Reflector badge.
🎨 Artist
Make your planner your own.
Personalize Studyo by changing your planner colors or wallpaper.

⚖️ Workload Master
Tell Studyo which tasks require more effort.
Open a task and change its workload level to Medium or Major.
Workload levels help your planner better reflect your priorities and the amount of effort different tasks will require. This is especially useful if your teachers publish work from an external tool such as Google Classroom and don’t specify a workload level for more involved work, such as major exams or assignments that require several days of preparation.

✨ Inbox Zero
Finish the day with nothing left in Ready to plan.
In the Tasks view, look at your Ready to plan list. For every task there, either complete it or decide when you’ll work on it next. If your Ready to plan list is empty at the end of the day, you’ve earned Inbox Zero.
The goal isn’t to finish everything today. It’s to make a decision about what comes next.
Remember, you can double-click the Next Work Session icon—the leftmost date icon on a task—to move your planned work session forward by one day.

🪄 Filter Wizard
Use a filter to focus your planner.
In any Studyo view that offers filters, such as Month or Tasks, open the filters and use one to narrow down what you see.
Filters can help you focus on a particular course, type of work, or other subset of your planner when you don’t need to see everything at once.
✅ Taskmaster
Complete your first task.
When you finish something, mark the task as Done in Studyo.
Keeping completed work up to date makes your planner more useful because what remains visible accurately represents the work that still needs your attention.

⚖️ Life Balancer
Add something from your life outside your classes.
Create a personal task that isn’t associated with a Course Section—for example, an extracurricular activity, appointment, personal project, or other commitment.
Putting schoolwork and personal commitments together gives you a more complete picture of your time.

📅 Consistency Champ
Use your planner every weekday for a full week.
Open Studyo at least once each weekday, Monday through Friday, during the same week.
Checking your planner regularly helps you notice changes, adjust your plans, and stay aware of what’s coming next.
🗺️ Big Picture
Create a task directly from your timeline.
While looking at your timeline, create a new task directly from there using the + symbol in the top right.
Creating work in context helps you see where it fits alongside everything else already competing for your time.
