We work hard to make sure that Studyo works flawlessly for everyone. However, sometimes bugs do creep in and wreak havoc. When that happens, the engineering team may need to view the console logs generated by the application in your browser.

If you have been requested to provide these logs by a customer service agent, here are the steps to follow.

Using the Chrome browser

First, open the Developer Tools window:

Then, make sure that the Console tab is selected, and take a screenshot of what you see in that window:

Using another browser

We are still working on documenting the process for other browsers. If you are unsure about how to proceed if you are not using the Chrome browser, don't hesitate to ask us!
