The workload manager pages in Insights shows you students with a number of important tasks reaching a certain daily or weekly threshold (in yellow) or exceeding that threshold (in red).

In the above example, the daily and weekly thresholds for our first-grade students are respectively 1 and 3 important tasks, while the rest of the school is at 2 and 5.

You can edit these thresholds by going to the GENERAL section in management mode and clicking the pen icon of the "Workload Manager Threshold" box.

You can set default values, then customize them for specific grade levels.

We recommend that you always use student grade levels as the level source, since sections can span multiple grades.
