Assessment planning dates allow you to hide important tasks from students beyond a certain date, giving you the opportunity to evaluate and discuss student workload with your peers and make adjustments.

By default, everything is visible to students, but you can set assessment planning dates by level by going to the GENERAL section in management mode and clicking the pen icon in the "Assessment Planning" box.

When no date is set, the last school day is assumed. If you set a date, important published tasks that are due beyond that date will be hidden from students and parents.

If you assign dates, it's your responsibility to make sure to update them as the school year advances. We recommend that you always use a date not closer than 14 days from the current date, to give students plenty of time to plan and work on their tasks.
