Do you feel overwhelmed by large projects? Having a hard time knowing how you will manage to study for an important exam?

Here is a trick which can help you take control of these scary tasks and take them one step at a time.

When you break down a task into smaller steps, you can clearly see your progress, which is satisfying and securing. Tracking your progress is also quite satisfying.

Here is how you can do this in Studyo for any task:

1. Edit any task

Click on a task and click on the "Edit" button

2. At the bottom, in the Steps section, start typing your first step

3. Add a milestone date to your step by clicking on the little calendar

4. Add other steps using the + button

Pro tip

To encourage yourself to start working on a task, make sure the first step you enter is a short, easy to do step. this will motivate you to start on your task and get the ball rolling.

Procrastination is your worst enemy!
